AppleCare+ is an insurance policy which covers the risks of damage to your Apple Device, Apple-branded screens, headphones/earphones, or Beats headphones/earphones, as well as access to technical support.

AppleCare+ does not cover failures due to design and/or material and/or manufacturing defects.These failures will be covered by your rights under consumer protection laws and/or by Apple's limited warranty or directly by Apple during the same coverage period as AppleCare+, even if you did not purchase your Apple product from Apple. In Switzerland, consumers are entitled to free repair, replacement, reduction, or refund by sellers for goods that are not in conformity with the sales contract at the time of delivery within two years from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Swiss Civil Code.
