TERMS AND CONDITIONS “THE PRIZE DRAW” ART COMPUTER 

ART COMPUTER S.A., with registered office at Rue de Coutance nº 3, 1201 Genève, with swiss tax identification number CHE-106.823.779 (hereinafter ART COMPUTER) is organising on the dates indicated below, the free prize draw called "ART Giveaway" (hereinafter "the Prize Draw") in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions. 

The deadline for participation is from Thursday, 16th September at 5pm to Sunday, 3rd October at 12pm, both included. 

Anyone wishing to participate in the draw must : 

• Follow @art_computer_ch on Instagram
• Like the giveaway post
• Mention in the giveaway post the Instagram profile of as many friends as they wish
• Be over 18 years of age and have an address in Switzerland
• Post in their story a photo of Switzerland and tag in it @art_computer_ch

They can participate several times naming, each time, the profile of different friends 

Participation in the Sweepstakes implies that the entrant meets the requirements and respects and complies with Instagram's terms and conditions, being Instagram and ART Computer exempt in case of fraud or without following this Terms and Conditions. 

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer, in any way, this giveaway and is not associated with it. 

Five (5) prizes will be drawn, each consisting of: 

• 1 AirTag valued at CHF 35 each.  

The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

The conditions of the "ART Computer Giveaway" prize are as follows: It will consist of a CHF 35 AirTag that will be sent to the winners’ address in Switzerland.  

For this Sweepstakes, 5 draws will take place online.

• Sunday, 19th September 
• Wednesday, 22nd September 
• Sunday, 26th September 
• Wednesday, 29th September 
• Sunday, 3rd October 

Likewise, for each winner announcement, 2 additional participants will be drawn as reserves.    

Each winner will be contacted by private message via Instagram on the same day, or the following days, of the drawing. In the event that it is not possible to locate a winner within 24 hours, or if the winner expressly declines the prize for any reason, ART Computer will go to the reserve participants in order of extraction. 

The AirTag will be sent to winners the day after receiving all their delivery information, without any delivery costs for them.  

Shipping will take from 3 or 4 days. (VERIFY SHIPPING TIME) The delivery costs will be assumed by the winner/ART Computer.  

In the event that all prizes are declined by the winners and reserves, the Sweepstakes will be declared void. 

The winners authorise their Instagram profile to be published on the website and social networks of ART Computer, as well as on any of the official communication channels of the brands.

b) Purpose and legitimacy:

To process your participation in the Sweepstakes and, if applicable, to proceed to the delivery of the prize with the appropriate tax withholdings. 

c) Data processed:

Data provided or other data that, additionally, we may request for the development of the aforementioned purposes. 

d) Recipients:

For the development of the purposes foreseen above, it is not foreseen that your data will be communicated to third companies, unless legally obliged to do so. 

ART Computer, S.A as data processors together with other suppliers who will act under the instructions of ART Computer S.A. 

e) International transfers:

The winner's data may be published on the different Web Platforms or Social Networks of ART Computer. This publication may involve an international transfer to a country whose data protection regulations are not equivalent to those of the Switzerland. 

The data subject, through his/her participation in the Sweepstakes, accepts such transfer, without prejudice that ART Computer may adopt additional measures to ensure the level of data security. 

f) Conservation period:

Once the Sweepstakes has ended, your data will not be processed. 

g) Rights:

Access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability, revocation of previously given consent, limitation of processing by e-mail info@artcomputer.ch addressed to ART COMPUTER S.A., Rte du Bois-des-Frères 81, 1219 Vernier-Le Lignon. 

1. The mere fact of participating in theSweepstakesimplies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

2. ART Computerreserves the right to modify the Rules of the Sweepstakes, partially or totally at any time. ART Computer also reserves the right to cancel or abandon the Sweepstakes if any irregularity is detected. Any changes will be duly communicated to the participants on the ART Computer’s Instagram account and its giveaway landing page. (WILL APPEAR ON BOTH CHANNELS) 

3. ART Computerreserves the right to exclude from participation in the Sweepstakes any participant who, in its sole discretion, is in breach of any of the conditions of participation contained in these Terms and Conditions. The exclusion of a participant, for any reason whatsoever, entails the loss of all rights derived from his/her status as a participant.  

4. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Rules will result in the consequent disqualification of the participant in theSweepstakes.

5. ART Computeris exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification. 

These Rules are subject to swiss law. Any dispute arising in relation to "the Prize Draw” shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with competence over Geneva. It is hereby expressly waived any other forum.
