Free Delivery
Purchasing on artcomputer.ch enables you to have your order delivered to your place for free when your order is above CHF 100. The process is easy: add your favorite Apple devices and accessories to your cart, proceed to payment with or without our financing solutions and pick the “delivery” option.
For orders below CHF 100, the delivery cost is CHF 12. However, you can save this cost with our Click & Collect option.

Picking up an online purchase is a very common practice with online stores and is also known as “Click & Collect”.

How does the Click & Collect work?
During your purchase, look at the availability of the products you would like to order in the store of your interest.
When you are paying, choose the option “pick up in store”. Then, select the store where you want to pick up your purchase and finish the payment.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup, usually within two hours. However, on weekends, a two-day delay may apply*.
*A photo ID and your order number are required to pick up your order.
