iPad + Pencil + Keyboard

- Covers iPad, iPadOS, iCloud, Apple apps, one Apple Pencil, and one Apple-branded iPad keyboard.
- Unlimited incidents of accidental damage, each subject to an additional charge of CHF 59.– for the iPad and CHF 29.– for the Apple Pencil or Apple iPad Keyboard. The warranty applies from the date of purchase of AppleCare+.
- Express replacement service.


iPhone

Covers up to 50 enterprise‑level incidents across multiple locations, provides two‑hour response for high‑priority issues, 12/7, and provides access to the Customer Success Management team to your organization.
Alliance
Covers an unlimited number of enterprise-level incidents across multiple for high priority issues, 24/7. This plan includes an onsite review by an Apple technical support engineer.
